I am finishing my degreee at the University of Phoenix, Axia College, and would like to know what it takes to be on the dean's list? Right now I have a 4.0, which is the highest GPA, but I want to know dean's list requirements!

3.30 or above (a B+) is considered Dean's list at most colleges and universities. Regardless you are definately on it with a 4.0.

The minimum GPA for making the Dean's List varies from school to school. But in general, it's somewhere between a 3.3 to 3.5.
To check what it is at your school, you could always ask your advisor, or check the college's catalog.
