Can I create a wireless network without this disk?
If yes, how?
and if no, where can I get a replacement disk?

You can get all the software from www.netgear.com under support

and you should be able to get the wireless working without it yes.

Most of those disks only have copies of the manuals. You do the actual setup with a web browser. You can download everything you need from Netgear's website.
