feel dizzy nausea headaches and heart feels heavy or tight (i dun have any heart problem) sometimes i suddenly feel dizzy headaches very nausea and my heart beats very fast it last for a few days sometimes last a while i m very worried about it

It could be a "funny turn", in this case, see a heart specialist, or, perhaps it could even be a neurological problem, nerves ending all caught up..either, it is best to consult a professional.

That is very scary, but we would need more information about what is happening in order to even begin to guess what is happening. I wouldn't rule out the possibility of a heart problem, but there are also many other things which could be going on. There might be something toxic in your environment, for example, or you might be having very severe migraines. I also wonder if maybe there's a possibility that they are panic attacks, but I've never heard of those lasting for several days, let alone with that severity.
Please see your doctor. This sounds pretty serious.

So worried about it you decided to ask in a forum full of strangers instead of seeking a doctor?
What is wrong with people who act as if they are terrified about a problem in their health and rely on a bunch of strangers to GUESS what their problem is. Go to the doctor...he/she is the only one who can diagnose properly to determine if their is a serious problem. You don't need someone in this forum telling you it's a minor problem when it could be deadly. Get moving.

you should go to the doctors i had the same thing. there was disrupted fluid in my hear that is what probably is making you feel dizzy, then it made me ill it gave me a temperature 40.
if you go to the doctors they will give you antibiotics and it will go.
if you leave it it will only get worse.

it sounds to me like you need to go see a doctor immediately. your symptoms are not normal. and when it comes down to your heart you should go see you doctor asap!!!!!

sounds like the panic attacks that my mother has. my advice is go see a doctor.
