both these software arent stealth enough.......remotelyanywhere pop up a stupid message everytime we remote control a PC....

I use UltraVNC. You can configure it so the system tray icon isn't shown. A savvy user can see the service running though, unless you've locked down your desktops to hide that from ordinary users.
