Yes...Ending Israeli occupation would be the first step in a process of peace in the Middle East...Solving the Israeli-Palestinian crisis might bring a little peace in the region...But both,Israelis and Palestinians, need to make some compromises. The Israelis must withdraw to the borders they had before 1967 and Palestinians must understand that Israel is not going anywhere,at least as long as it has US support...
Israel must learn once and for all that is not above the law,so it must respect the resolutions that UN voted...The UN must force Israel to apply the resolution and allow Palestine to have an independent state...

You have it exactly backwards. The whole "Palestinian People" is made up, just to try to eliminate Israel. The Land of Israel is the biblical home of the Jewish People, and the Jewish People have maintained a presence there continuously.
f you were naive enough to believe what you hear on the news and media, you would think there is an entity called a "Palestinian people," who lived in a "country/state/area" called Palestine since Canaanite/Biblical/Muslim times. You would almost believe that the Israelis occupied "Palestine" in 1967. And you might even think that the Palestinians want the occupiers out of their land. And of course, you might feel, they are entitled to do whatever it takes to get their land back. No? No. Not at all, Here are the facts.
Who are the Palestinians? Palestinians are Arabs. They have no historical, national or cultural identity distinct from other Arabs of the region. Most of them came into Palestine in search of economic opportunities after World War I when the British and the Jews began to build up a land that was moribund.
What is Palestine? When the Romans conquered Judea, they renamed it Palestine. Since then, no occupying power ever made it an independent state or established a capital in Jerusalem. Under the Ottoman Empire, it was part of the province of Syria.
After World War I, the area was mandated to Britain to establish a Jewish national home. Instead, in 1922, Britain split off 75% of Palestine to establish the Emirate of Transjordan, as a throne for the Arabian Hashemite family.
The UN decided to split the remaining 25% of Palestine between Jews and Arabs. In 1948, five Arab armies attacked the newborn State of Israel. Transjordan annexed the area intended for an Arab state, and renamed itself the Kingdom of Jordan, calling the annexed area the West Bank. Egypt took over Gaza. No Arab suggested making the West Bank and/or Gaza into yet another Arab state until 1967, when Israel was again attacked by the Arabs and took these areas.
Whether or not she chooses to exercise the right, Israel owns the West Bank by right of conquest and by biblical rights. Before 1967, the last previous legal owner was the Ottoman Empire. And Turkey, heir to the Ottomans, has never asked for it back.

There is no such thing as Israeli occupation. Israel is on land that is rightfully theirs, as it was G-d's promise to them.
They even gave the Arabs some of their land in order to appease them and perhaps reach a peaceful resolution, but instead, rockets are being fired into Israel from the very land they gave to the Arabs!!!
There will be peace in the Mid-East if the Arabs put down their weapons.
If Israel puts down its weapons, there will be no more Israel.

Hummm - tough question.
I know. You attack me and I kick your butt, then I get to keep the land I won. That's how the war game is played. You loose I get the spoils. Besides when the Israelies trade land for peace they get no peace. Giving land back to the Arabs only results in that land being used as a rocket launching pad.
So the only occupation here is your anti-Semantic head going up your anti-Semantic butt.

Rethink your ideas. Israel keeps trying to back off, and Palestine keeps initiating an offense. Israel was given land by the US and England. I am not saying what we did was right, but they are there to stay. If in doubt of this, consider that it took Israel 11 days to whoop the pants off of 8 countries. Palestine should have learned their lesson then, and worked with Israel. Now they are just some dumb country pounding their heads on brick walls. If you think indigenous people have a right to their country, take a look at what white men have done to Native Indians in N. and S. America and Australia.

No. Look around the world. Everywhere there is conflict (including Africa) who is right in the middle of it? Not Israel.
Radical Islam is a world terror. Israel should not give them any more land.

The answer's a given. The trick is, HOW TO END IT?
Someone needs to make the big bold step to sacrifice. Too bad people who are elected to power chicken out from doing what must be done - i.e. some measure of sacrifice, in order to preserve their power.
The only way to end this is to find 2 leaders who are willing to move their nations into co-existence, fortify them into dictators so that they may make painful decisions.

True. I think Israel should be like Disney World! Free to all. As diverse as the USA. After all, it's God's place and were God's people. The UN should run it. $10 per person and you get a free cross. No McDonald's please! Maybe Mose's Smoothies and Noah's Seafood.
