1/4+1/2+1/8=2/8+4/8+1/8 (By LCM)
=7/8 teaspoon

Off hand, I would give the answer of: ~3/8ths teaspoon--since, I have no clue what the amount of vanilla would be in "vanilla flour." If that was a typo, 7/8th of a tsp.
