i am a student of engeneering 3rd year from branch CSIT(computer science& information technology).I want to know to apper for exam's like toefl & gre, gmate ,cat etc .student's percentage should be above 60% plz do answer me.

You can appear for the test. But getting admission depends on the university u want to join.

Although GRE and TOEFL do not require a percentage from your school records to appear in the examination but you have to check with the universities that you will be applying. Not all good universities accept low scores, although there r exceptions, because admissions are based on your application packets and not on your scores alone.
