If a hospital waiting room had an internet access set up, would you use it while waiting for surgery?

I have. My daughter had surgery 2-1/2 months ago, and for the 7 hours we were waiting, I used the computer a few times to check my email, read some news, and play a couple quick games. I didn't use it for more than 10-15 minutes at a time, though, so others that were there could use it also.

oh yes, definately....i mean that is what it is there for, right?
i did the same thing while waiting for my car to get serviced...actually, i think it is kind of fun to use someone else's
computer and it helps pass the time away. the one i used while waiting for my car to be serviced was really a trip.....it didn't have
dsl and it was so slow i couldn't believe it also the keyboard was really stiff so i had a hard time typing but where on the internet did i go?? directly to yahoo answers of course. but it was loads of fun. and like i said, it was a fun way to pass the time.

Yes, it is nice to have it available, and helps keep your mind off having surgery, and makes the wait time go by.

this doesnt quite pertain to the question, but when i was leaving barnes and nobles book store, (they provide wifi) i saw a lady who had parked just close enough to mooch off their bandwidth on her laptop in her car. i thought it was pretty damn funny. she prolly thought of something she needed to look up, and just pulled over to the first place she thoguht of with wifi.
