If I love someone, why would I have to set them free, they've been free all along.
If I love someone and they want to be with someone else, then I would assume that's what was meant to be, no need in trying to change things back, they will never be the same.

Yes... Love should be set free because it is right for everyone to let go if they loose the person they love the most... And it is very painful if you keep the pain and suffering in your heart... So it's better to let go love...

I have. And I've ended up falling for others later.
Set them free if they really want to be with someone else.
However, if you feel you can be with no other, then hold onto that special person. Be selfish for once, asserting to yourself that you can do better than the other person for your love.
