Best Broadband connection in Bangalore?

Hi!

I stay at Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore, and am planning to take broadband connection. I heard BSNL is upgrading to 2MBPS connectivity, but the line has not yet been pulled to my area.

So apart from BSNL, which is the fastest Broadband with least price? I am looking for unlimited plan.

In India BSNL is the best choice because there are no hidden costs in it and has the maximum coverage in India. Apart from this the 2 MBps speed at no extra cost is an added advantage and I would suggest to select plan 500 wherein your monthly charges would be Rs.500/- per month but you get free downloading time from 2 am to 8 am and all you have to do is to sleep early say around 9 pm and waking up by alarm at 4 am and start using it freely until 8 am. Since the bandwidth is 2 MBps even if all the users are using at that time there will be enough speed for you to download plenty of data/ files without any problems. Regarding 2 MBps speed in your area it is bangalore and you will be getting it right now so please visit the bsnl.co.in site and get all the details you require. All private providers are adding hidden costs and particularly there are many complaints against airtel. All the best .

i have used both bsnl and airtel broadband.

to start with airtel offers good connectivity and uptime, with 2 unlimited plans 128kbps@699 and 256kbps@999 per month.

bsnl customer service and installation might prove a small obstacle, yet they too have consistent and good uptime, with similar rates for 256kbps.

within bangalore, airtel might offer good service and customer service, am not so sure abt bsnl.

however outside bangalore, bsnl rules...you need to see to believe the speed that they offer.
