Just because you got married in Hawaii you are bound by the law. You must divorce before re-marrying again. File for divorce in the city you reside in now. As long as you have established the criteria for residency you should be able to file. Petition the courts for dissolution. You'll have to have the spouse notified by having him / her served by a sherrif / Police or a process server giving him/ her notification of your intent to dissolve the marriage.

You go off marrying w/out the divorce you are committing a crime of bigamy and you could be punished with jail time.

Do things legal===divorce and be done with your 1 yr marriage.

You need to put an end to the first marriage - either by divorce or annulment. Depending on what happened after you got married or the way you got married you may be entitled to an annulment. Check the rules in your state. Otherwise you will need a divorce. After a one year marriage a divorce will most likely be fairly uncomplicated and quick.
Good luck.

What kind of question is this?

NO, you cant get married to someone while your married to a different person.

It amazes me at how little some people take their marriage vows.

You can do whatever you want. However, bigamy is illegal in the U.S. You need to file for divorce, have it go through, then get remarried, if you want to keep it legal.

No - it's illegal and it would be considered bigamy. You will have to get divorced first.

If you do and your wife comes to know you will be in trouble.
