I'm a student of 6th semester. I want to transfer my credit in Australian universities or colleges.

You can do TOEFL instead. It is not so possible to do your courses without any of these in Australia or UK, so my best advice is to go for British Council to take either one paper. Otherwise, ask your counsellor for an entrypoint requirement advice.

You won't need IELTS if you have ESOL or GCSE English. The reason most universities ask for IELTS is for your sake, not there's - IELTS is a good way of proving that you speak and read enough English to be able to do well on the course. If you can't speak english well, then perhaps you should study in a country where english isn't the first language?
