If you need a simple answer, then "YES" for both, infact, both God and evil exist. If you need explanation, then it will suffice you to know that for everything under heaven, there is the direct opposite: friend and foe, white and black, darkness and light, day and night, boy and girl man and woman, ,fire and water, laugh and mourn, birth and death, love and hate, God and Satan, heaven and hell etc.

A painting suggests an Artist, a watch suggests a Watchmaker, a child suggests a Parent. We live in a Creation which suggests a Creator.

And if something exists, then by definition it's opposite exists. Darkness exists only because Light exists. Evil exists because Goodness exists.
