Hi i tried opening my .key file with note pad and it didn't work. or what was inside was coded language noting i could read??????

Please help?

Try notepad. If it's an ASCII installation key, you can read it with notepad.

TRy opening it now. If you don't have the right software windows will tell you what you need to get.
