It depends greatly on the exam!
You could develop telepathy and read the mind of the other people in the exam in order to get a consensus as to the likely answer. But who says they are right.
The best way to cheat would be to know the questions in advance. If that is not an option then you could always go for the money shot and bribe an official to let you switch your name on someone elses paper.
I would not recommend any of these.
If you don't know what you are talking about and are likely to fail I would suggest saving youself the embarassment and not sitting the exam itself.
The choice, as with all things in life, is yours.

An exam is devised to give everybody a level playing feild, so you will be judged on what you actually know, not what you produced (with your mums help) over the course of the year. The harder the exam to cheat within, the more theexam is worth on your CV.
So technically you don't cheat in exams, because you get caught, and thrown out of the exam, which - without a grade -looks a lot worse on your CV, than a fail.

I know someone who once went into an exam with most of the answers written on her arm! I wouldn't recommend it though, that's got to be an easy way to get caught.
Seriously you should just revise. It's funny though, we had an exam last week and our teacher told us we could cheat as long as he didn't catch us!

I used to cheat all the time in exams..and never get caught. I wrote answers (brief answers) with a compass on to my ruler and various pens..
I also wrote answers on the bottom of my shoes..then just pretend i dropped something.
