When Santa decided that he should come but once a year, thus infuriating his wife, he forgot about his problem retained testicle. Thus, as Santa's sack grows, it causes that big bulge in his abdomen. It's really very simple. He is only so very jolly about it because he is an old perv and likes to giggle to himself about emptying his sack, to create a truly white Christmas EVERYWHERE!...
