First place to go to, is the UK consulate. While the UK is not the cheapest country to move to at the beginning, it will be the easiest for you to get a visa/work permit, because of the commonwealth. Also, you will find it easier there, since the language is one known to you. After that you can take trips around Europe and have a look around, since airfaires can be very cheap from the UK to almost anywhere in Europe!

Good luck!

hello. indeed you should apply for visa. it will give you an advantage to travel freely across these countries:Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Iceland, Italy, Greece, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain and Sweden. If you intend to visit several Schengen countries, you must apply for a visa at the Embassy or Consulate of the country which is your main destination. If you intend to visit several Schengen countries but do not have a main destination, you should apply for a visa at the Embassy or Consulate of the country which is your first point of entry. i'd recommend you to apply for visa in French embassy, the whole process will take you then several days.

You will need medical cover of at least $37,000 in order to get a visa. Take a look at squaremouth's website for comparison of travel insurance. You can print a copy of your policy to take to the consulate in order to get travel insurance.
