My brother is sixteen too, and i had no idea what to give him, so since he loves films, I bought him an Old Fashioned Pop Corn machnine, and he loved it, it was pretty original !

Since his date of birth is such a big holiday,how about giving him any day of the year as a gift? Tell him the family will gather to celebrate at his request,and do whatever he wishes? Within reason of course.Most children with birthdays so close to Christmas feel cheated,(which I am sure you are well aware).By telling him he is that important to you it might make him feel more loved?Good luck,and Happy 16th to your son!!

Then, offer him - good - money to find where in scripture it talks about Dinosaurs ( Job - 40:17 ) then put other subjects to follow, to show him there's a gain in life knowing & finding scriptures, which are sure to keep him out of trouble with the B-B gun, & else where in life. 16 is old enough for a glass of champagne, so what about a small formal dinner party for a few close friends? You can be the cook / waiter.

he will be real happy to get on top of a girl. that is what a guy at that age dreams of day and night. that would be a great present. get him a girl somehow.

Money, gift certificates, gift cards.. it may seem cold and impersonal but it will be greatly appreciated. Most teenagers like the idea of being able to pick out EXACTLY what they want.
