My mum was a young woman when Peter Sutcliffe was killing. She gave birth to me at the height of it and says she was afraid to leave the house alone, day or night. Peter Sutcliffe attacked 21 women killing 13 of them over a period of 8 years. This left the women of Leeds and the surrounding areas questioning every male they knew and met. Just because the Suffolk Killer is killing sex workers does it make him less of a threat to women. I feel this killer is much worse due to the callous timespan of the murders. What do you think?

It appears that there are now at least two of them being questioned 37 yr.old Tom Stephens and a 48 yr. old man. The original Ripper might of had an accomplice, the target of women seems to be similar to the two Ripper cases, apart from the manner that the victims were killed. The previous ones did rip their victims, these men might have strangled their victims and have known the women personally. Although the method wasn't ripping, it was still a terrible murder which has put all women and communities into fear. It could be the method used stops the word ripper being used.

I live just 10 mins away from where the last 2 girls were found. I'm a 29 year old mum of 3 and I'm scared, this man might well be killing 'prostitutes' at the moment but what will happen when there are no more on the streets? He will go for any female out on her own.
If and when they catch this man then I think he should get a death sentence.
Also like you say those poor girls were found 10 days apart, 5 killings in 10 day is scary stuff.
