When I'm stressed I turn off everything in my home and light some candles, walk around my home naked and listen to soft music... I remove the shackels of life and if I'm very lucky I take a trip to the seaside and walk along the beach the sound of the sea is healing.
If all fails I write down on paper whats upsetting me and put it in my paper shreddar........ don't let the buggers get you down... hope your feeling a little better now.

No product, just take time to relax, do something you enjoy, and get plenty of rest, and eat healthily and take a Multi vitamin. Make sure you schedule in destress time each for you and your health and well being. This time of the year with the holidays just around the corner it could be more difficult to relax, but take time for yourself. Best Wishes and Happy Holidays.

Have fun, and ask your partner to join you for an early morning exercise. Relax and enjoy. Life is short. Dont take medications for stress. Take the natural way. It really helps.

I just think setting aside time for yourself helps..........
Write a list also helps because then your brain isn't trying to remember 1001 things at once........write a list of things that need doin
include in that list and hour or so for you to have a long soak in the bath or time to read a good book etc
i find it helps

have you tried wearing ear plugs, I quite often wear them in an office environment and they are surprisingly effective. Noise causes stress.
Alcohol does nothing so you can forget that.

If you didn't want to spend any money, mint and lavender are calming.
Also stress balls are quite good too :)
