Its a toughie! I couldnt think what I wanted this year, but when I sat to write a list there was loads!!
How about an IPod? Does she spend a lot of time in the car? Maybe get the Ipod hardwired to the car?
How about a fabulous handbag (you may need some help from friends choosing one)
What about a voucher for a day spa? What about a mini-break somewhere?
What books does she like? Is there a TV series she loves? You could buy the whole series on DVD!
What about a new watch? I know you said she has jewellery, but a nice necklace with matching earrings from your fiance is always welcome!

what im getting for my fiance who also happens to have everything (lol) is making a scrap book from when our relationship started to now.things i have included in the scrap book include a menu from the place we had our first date,movie tickets from movies we've seen together(if you don't have tickets just find pictures of scenes from the movies) plus stacks of our fav photos.you get the idea:)
Another thing i did for our anniversary which you could do for christmas is i got a really nice note book and every night we both write something we love about each other in it.when we're away from each other we still write something down on a bit of paper and stick it in our note book.my fiance loves it

Depends how much you want to spend. you could book into a spa for a day or two for lots of pampering. Then could turn it into a romantic weekend away for the two of you.
