When I try to download video card, it say there a problem with my video card. How can I fix this problem?

Replace your video card. If the drivers are not compatible then find out and download the correct one.

do you have the driver for the card, what OS you are using maybe the driver that include on the package is not compatible with the OS your are running at, only the graphics is wrong on your card not the card itself, try to upload the compatible driver for it.
