Once I reset the CMOS, and Password switches (jumper switch ..VectraXE310 Series2 ) I am prompted to return jumper switches back to normal position and to restart the computer.
Upon restarting the computer and proceeding I am prompted to enter password, but the password is presumably reset. What can I do????????

You have only reset the password that protects the BIOS. You have not reset the password(s) for the operating system. I would suggest using a bootable CD such as OphCrack to recover a lost Windows password.
