How can I control other computers connected to my LAN?

You need to be an administrator on each machine. If you have a domain environment, this is of course very easy when you use Active Directory. However, if your computers are simply part of a workgroup, you will need an administrator account on each machine to remotely perform administration tasks.

You can keep control on your com only if you are administrator of that pc if you are administrator you can allot permission to others for Cant Use file, Can See but not modify (read only), Can use and also modify (read & write) from properties.
