What are your suggestions to improve the site?

When an asker gets a satisfactory answer he should pick the best ans and remove question from the open list. Maybe an additional deduction should be taken if a question is voted on.

delete all cookies ad temp folders by clicking on tools intrnetoptins. and delte all tmp files from winndows in c drive inside temp folder.
upgrade ram to 256mb and scan for antivirus . it will del all virus
