It's "Fruere hora". This exists in historical documents. You can find it on, for example, the Olney Stone.
"Fruere" is the correct imperative form. "Hora" means hour, and is often used for "moment". For example: "In horam vivere" means "to live for the moment".

RE:
Can someone translate 'Enjoy the moment' into Latin?
This is a family motto and I'm aware that Carpe Diem can be translated as 'enjoy the moment' but the phrase is used in our family to mean take pleasure from the moment you are experiencing rather than seizing the day and using it fully.

"Fruare minuta"
That means "Delight in the moment"
If you want to keep closer to carpe diem, it would be:
"Fruare die" .
ADDED: Latin had two versions of the imperative for the verb.
fru.are V 1 1 PRES IMP 2 S
fruor, fruari, fruitus sum V DEP [XXXBX]
enjoy, profit by, delight in (w/ABL);
Used earlier. Fruere was later.
However, the long-existing use below would be better.
