No, Singapore doesn't accept Rupees or Rupiahs.
At the most, Singapore government only accepts Brunei currencies as our both countries' currencies are equivalent.
Pls change your foreign currencies into Singapore Dollars.

if you have Rupees then you have connections to India, Pakistan, or Nepal, in which case, you are screwed. Because very few money exchange guys will take any of these currencies. If you have Rupiah, which might from Indonesia, you are in luck! Go shop till you drop, baby!
