Yes...well, her natural hair is more dirty-blonde.
But her eye color is definitely brown naturally. She wears blue contact lenses.

I'm not sure about the eye color but on pictures from her childhood she and Nicky are both blondes. By the way Paris sucks.

but
you cannot depend on your eyes when your imagination is out of focus.
