what was the result of the whiter shade of pale court case?

Ican find reports on the court case but no final result, has there been one or are they still tripping the light fandango?

Matthew Fisher (the organist) has won 40% of the musical copyright. He wanted 50% but the judge awarded him 40% and also dismissed his claim for £1m in back royalties.

No.....it's just been on the news (20th Dec)...the other guy won.
