How do I know If my workers comp claim is accepted or denied?, Who says yes or no. My benefits were suspended and my employer said it was not work related because they thought I had an epileptic seizure but it wasnt like that. I had head concussion and a nerve problem. in my lower back I got an attorney but how do I know If my claim is accepted or denied who says yes or no the board or the company?

Your attorney will let you know, assuming you have an attorney. The company cannot decide whether it's a worker comp case as they are obviously biased. The decision has to be made by an independent 3rd party, either at the state or local level.

talk to your attorney...that is what you have him for..he can tell you...WC will really mess with you I had the same problem. But keep after them...how can your employer tell you you had a seizure? Are any of them doctors? Keep after them!!

call them and ask them, leave a message and they will get back to you. sounds like you need a job.
