I think that some of the native dress of some nationalities are
beautiful. I think they are as proud of their nationality as we are of
ours.

1. They are ugly and can't afford plastic surgery.
2. They have something to hide, maybe they are actually a known rapist or released murderer who wants to avoid attention.
3. They want to commit a crime and think dressing as a religious person is the ideal disguise.
4. If they refuse to remove it when talking I also consider them rude and ignorant

I personally have a lot of respect for them, however, I believe they are also under control of big, ugly , hairy men.
