Supposedly, there are cases where men try to pass themselves as women. They can have all kinds of operations and such, so the way they check is to check the blood for chromosomes. XX being female, XY being male. They check to determine the true gender. Because that is undeniable proof. Nobody can change your chromosomes.
And no, global warming has nothing to do with it!

If you mean did she fail the test because of global warming, I seriously doubt it. I am not sure what is meant by a "gender test". She supposedly did not have the "sexual characteristics of a woman" so it sounds like they just looked at the genitals. I'm not sure how one could fail that, unless born a hermaphrodite.

As regards ur question gender testing has nothing to do with global warming. Gender testing is done in athletes when other persons doubt there gender/sex, especially when one happens to be participating in the women's category.
