Yes People are having enough time for leisure as many have studied how to work with perfect relaxation and leisure. No, they are just busy to make their life easy and more expectation and more to do , hence little time fo leisure.

man works only 12 hours a day and the remaining time is mainly used for sleeping ...........so my answer is yes........................
