Asif,

Welcome to the world of Crystal Report development. Here's a URL for the latest version of the Crystal Reports User's Guide (XI Release 2):

http://technicalsupport.businessobjects.com/KanisaSupportSite/search.do?cmd=displayKC&docType=kc&externalId=crxiUserGdeenpdf

The document is a PDF and is slightly more than 4MB in size.

crystal report is like the report builder in the Ms Access, except it does not has any wizards. You have to drag/drop items in the design view, link tables in the database(s), and create some filter script(similar to vbscript). Its just like Access, you can try to play around and learn yourself - except for the data relationships to get the exact views, you have to experienced it to get in touch with it.
