How can I create banners?
I want to create a cool and eye-catching banner for my Msn Group...

You need a paint program, which i suggest Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro, and decent designing skills to create a banner.
However you can try the following sites:

you can use Fireworks instead of Photoshop to create the .gif images. I did it last time, and it comes out very pretty! You can crop, add layers and frames, set the delay speed and its done! no headaches.

the program adobe imageready is the best, but it's expensive and complicated.
