hi there hun if you live in uk. places like topshop sellt his kind of dress , i know because i have just bought one for a xmas party. mine was £35 and is gorge.
marks and spencers also sell them as well as debenhams, littlewoods, zara and river island. i also know miss selfridge sell a similar one too.
good luck in finding one but im sure you will find one in the above listed shops.
also ebay sell black sequin dresses.
the above listed shops all have internet shops, why not go online and look for yourself

Try places like forever21.com, charlotte russe, nordstrom. Heres one at gojane.com but its doesnt have sequins, if you cannot find one I am sure that there is an easy way to add them on yourself. Check out the other dresses too! http://www.gojane.com/18095.html

Try ASOS.com - they have some party dresses in for the Xmas period, and they can still delievr before xmas if that's what you're looking for
