The citizen of North Dakota.
But i suppose it depends on where they're fighting.
If they're fighting in the citizen's hometown, he's going to win.
He's got patriotism, nationalism, and geography behind him.
Anywhere else, it's the turtle.

This is a no brainer. The sea turtle would win flippers down, because the North Dakotan will have been out of the water too long.

Turtle easily. A turtle's community is much larger than any community found in North Dakota, and other people always jump in.

i am rooting for the citizen of north dakota... but past records indicates it would be the sea turtle...AGAIN! north dakota people are lousy fighters anyway!

the flexibility Rangers have an unfair benefit, they have extra members and characteristic get admission to to Megazoids. confident the turtles took down Krang at the same time as he replaced into the dimensions of a skyscraper, yet.... the flexibility rangers would probably win. yet i love the Turtles extra so the Turtles!!!!!!!
