no. I'm right handed and my whole left part of the body is slightly bigger.

No, they are not the same size. The difference is not remarkable, but you can notice it when they are extremely large.

If they are wopsided, then I've never really noticed. I haven't heard anyone complain before.

mine look the same, i can't tell if one is bigger, but i have a friend that is right handed and her right boob is huge compared to her left!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
