I need a program that you can crop an image outline... not crop in a square... perhaps free, or free to try... any suggestions?

If you want to do that, you need decent photo manipulating skills, and I suggest Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro. Those are free to try.

GIMP is freeware and it's good, just PS and PSP are better.

If you have money, try Adobe Photoshop. If you want a free equivalent, try the GIMP http://www.gimp.org/ . You can create this kind of photo-montage in either with relative ease, but to get truly realistic results will take practice and skill - why do you think that kind of work pays so well? ;) It is worth noting that no software has an "automatic" function for this kind of work - it has to be done mostly by hand.

it can be done in photoshop but you need to have some skills to join two pics together...it's not just crop and paste job...it takes many hours of work to do a good job..

Adobe Photoshop is the best program out there... but it's quite pricey.
The best free alternative is GIMP.
