Really I'm not sure. I think it is more propor to pronounce it ny-ther, but nee-ther would also work.

I pronounce it both ways, depending on whom I'm I speaking with (I think neether is more common). Is this one of those words taken from German? Weiner vs Wiener. the first one is why-ner (a last name) the second is wee-ner (a yummy meat sausage).
