Because infections can reduce sperm count. And only super tight underwear has been proven to reduce sperm count, and even then, not by very much. Most of that is just a myth.

Ever thought that maybe there was a reason why people wear them in the first place?
Would you rather have higher sperm counts and high risk of possible infection due to exposure, etc. or would you rather have lower sperm count and be healthy?

Sperm count doesn't matter. Young men have enough sperm to fill the female pelvic cavity to the brim.

No.. it doesn't affect untill its too tight..
Its your choice only.. u may wear nothing if u ike. Prefer not to wear anything in the night. So that you can give your parts a free air atmosphere atleat for 6-7 hours.
But always wear at the day time as it prevents the positions when we are naughty...... ***

no, unless you are planning on having children in the near future.
i have heard that guys who wear tidy whities have a lower sperm count than guys who wear boxers.....i think that if you stop wearing underwear that would be gross. i mean who wants to have skid marks in their pants. and i think it is nasty

if its soley in the interest of keeping/obtaining an increase sperm count, i would recommend boxers. But hey, no undies work too...idk if itd be comfy tho, specially if you're a jeans wearer...

which would be a shallow dating certainly if I have been to offload the guy for his or her underclothes possibilities. If I have been the guy, however, if the girl subtly hinted that she did no longer like what I wore, i could evaluate making the swap (a minimum of in specific circumstances), just to be intense high quality.
