What is New Zealand like? Is there job opportunities? What's the life style like? Are there a lot of accounting and finance job? I'm more of a city person and I wannna be around a lot of people. I can't live in a small city. Is New Zealand very quite and peaceful? What cities are crowded and good for career builder?

It looks so incredible, you will think you are dreaming. I have never, on any of my travels, seen a place quite like it. Try doing a Google Image search for:
Otago Peninsula
Milford Sound
Tunnel Beach
... and all those places, you will be blown away by what you see.
Lifestyle:
If you like the following places, you will like New Zealand:
Victoria, British Columbia, Canada;
San Francisco, California;
Anglesey and Snowdonia, North Wales, UK;
Lugano, Switzerland.
All these places look a lot like NZ. As for cities: There are 5 bigger ones, go there. They are still not too big though, but big enough for jobs, and if you want to live out in the green and be in town in a few minutes, perfect (it's what everybody does here).
Mentality:
I think the Kiwis are a lot like the Welsh and the Irish, but there is a more refined note to them that's slightly French, and something truly mellow, which is almost Italian. They are very relaxed and nice people, and if you like cars with V8 engines and wine and beer and barbecues and boats and fishing, you'll fit right in. Even if you don't, you'll fit right in. Being a Kiwi is all about being really relaxed about pretty much everything in life.

I would suggest you contact the US Embassy(www.state.us.gov) there in New Zealand or their local chamber of commerce if u know the city.
