im not scared, i know that i dont learn from my mistakes. sometimes i think that i just refuse to learn from them. i think i subconciously just want to set myself up into a difficult position again.

i get scared when the consequence comes when the mistakes had been made.
the best way to prevent myself to avoid the same mistakes, i try to remind myself every now and then.
then is no sure way one can avoid the same mistakes but another way is to have a daily schedule where you remind yourself of the consequence in things you do, think and say.
there will be a time lag response of course but i really have no choice but to remind myself this and that consequence.
it can be suffering to always remind myself so that is why it is important to have one's own time when you can relax, example answer yahoo answers' questions and checking emails.
ps: i realised that to scare someone also has karma in certain ways. i rather be the person be scared than the person to scare someone else but there are times it is so crucial that i really have to let the person know in as non-scary as possible way about the consequence of his mistakes hopefully he or she has not made the mistakes yet.

No, because I analyze every situation. That is how I learn my next move.Plus I was told that a mistake is like a eraser on a pencil.Once you erase the mistake and start again fresh it's like it never existed. So, if you think about it ,That's the closest we get to being perfect.

If you have not learned from them then you will continue to make them @ some point in your life. Make a list of pros and cons to help you see the mistake in a different light!

Nope by now I am used to making the same mistake usually at least twice. Maybe I should be, now I'm scared.

I know I've learned from them. It's just I'm scared I'm not going to use that knowledge to prevent it from happening again.

Oh yes. I tend to repeat the big ones over and over and each time I think I have learned my lesson and I won't do it again. And then I do it again.
Ggrrrrr....ticks me off just thinking about it.
