I'm not interested in the momentum or force, just scratching through the helmet/suit. They can't lift the glass to scrath their nose, and I don't think the suit is large enough to pull ones arm inside the suit and push your hand through the neck to scratch your nose. So what can they do?

They can't. They just have to learn to ignore itches. I recall one astronaut recently mentioning that in an interview. You have to be tough to be an astronaut, and willing to make giant sacrifices for the privilege of flying in space!

Astronauts do scratch itch in space in same way, as they scratch it here on the earth. Only, gravitational force may lead them to find difficulty in scratching downward, for the force outside pulls everything up and therefore may pull their hands upward. It requires much effort to scratch on the part rather than when you are riding in a motorcycle. You can use a cell powered scratcher if there is or you may try to scratch it before going in a ride.

unfortunately its part of their training to resist such momentw beacause it is impossible to scrach any part of your body during a space walk due to the fabrication of the suits.!!!
