Hi,
There are already several pizza places in Cyprus including Pizzahut, PizzaMia, Mamas Pizza, Pizza Pipparoni…..and more.
Cyprus is a small island with small population almost 700,000. If your product is unique then you can make a business but You need to come and visit the place to make your initial survey.

Give away free samples and get people hooked.
Come up with some amazing pizza's and have someone create a pizza of the month. One of the local schools had a create a pizza competition and the winning pizza was served at the local pizza shop for the whole month for the school to buy!

Err... well about what specifically? Is it a good idea? Maybe. Depends on where you are going, how many other pizza places there are and whether your job will rely on tourists who are only there 6 months of the year.
At what stage is this idea of yours? Is it something you came up wioth on the bus this morning or have you found a location, examined the real estate and got your passport ready?
