not all decisions are made fast.
if it between chocolate of vanilla it's no fight,
but if it's between paris or pamela then it might take some time.

it depends on each person to peron & differs from hormone secretion.....................some may have high reflex action & time of reaction is so small & have tendency to take quick... decision.
