Er......I think you missed the point. Some White people have been educated that racism is bad. It is possible for a White person to actually like people from different cultures & races. The "N" was used by white people to offend, belittle, intimidate. Some white people find the word repulsive. The idea, through education, was to try & eradicate racism. Your question suggests that white people can not behave in a civil way towards people of other cultures & races. I get the feeling from your question it does not matter what a white person does you will always consider them racist.

Blacks in America are unique so people should not pretend that our culture is not different than anyone else. The question is, why is this white person "acting Black?" If he/she is raised in the "black community" (what ever that is) then they may pick up on some black mannerisms.

If they are acting black to make mockery, then they are racist.

If they are doing it to make fun, then yes I would be offended. There was this white guy at my job who wouldn't speak to me really, until one day, as I was leaving work, I heard him playing "Shoulder Lean". So the next day I was like, "You like that song?" and he said "That's all that I listen to." From that day on he always ask me "Are you ready to get crunk this weekend?", "What's up wit it?", you know stuff that black people mostly say. This is the kinda stuff that bugs me. Don't be trying to use slang around me just because I'm black.

I'm not sure what you mean by that. Maybe you have to be white to know if someone is acting black.

I agree with Betty Mae Bop (did I spell that right?). By "black", I think you're referring to the sterotype of "ghetto gangstas" that people sometimes have of black people. Not all African Americans are like this you know....

PS I think Wiggers are just plain cooky.

Acting "black"? You mean acting like a degenerate ghetto minstrel stereotype? I am actually more offended when black people act like this because they degrade themselves. When white people do it it's just funny.

I'm curious as to how anyone can act like a color. I know people can imitate and ethnic group such as African American or Caucasian but I've never seen a person act like a color. Have you?

I don't get offended. I really do think they are making an @ss of themselves for attention.
