An interesting and amusing query... I'm a white, jewish, conservative male in the State of California.

However I am completely unaware of ANY application for "affirmative action" !! I know there are AA rules, quotas, and laws...

Thankfully the 40's thru 70's gave us the laws that re-enforced the CONSTITUTION....Now though I think AA, quotas and such are outdated.

Racism is around... but mostly promlagated buy those "against" it.

No. This is because white, conservative males have historically not been the subject of systematic discrimination.
