Flame of Recca is by Nobuyuki Anzai, Fushigi Yuugi is by Yuu Watase, and Chobits is by CLAMP (clamp is the combination of four artist they go by the name CLAMP, they are Satsuki Igarashi, Ageha Ohkawa, Tsubaki Nekoi, and Mokona.)

I think the author for fushigi yuugi was YÅ« Watase
I think she also made ayashi no ceres
and chobits is a creation by CLAMP i dont think she would be involved in it.
