I think so. Many times when you look back on your old crush you may have good memories of him or her, but if you take a good look at them now, you may be suprised to find that they are not the same person you "loved" before. Time and circumstances change people, sometimes for the better and sometimes for the worst. So yes, I think it is possible for crushes to be friends.

I'm friends with a lot of my former lovers, and they are my best friends in life too, so yes it is possible, but both parties need to have a desire to remain friends because they realize that it is better than not being together at all, and you can discover new facets of who you are as people.

People can say yes.
But for me, it's proven to be very difficult. And I'm still not getting it quite right.
It's not just about the feelings. 'Cause it isn't a problem in that sense. It's awkward, etc.

i was best friends with someone i had a romantic past with and it worked out ok for me. although he said he still had feeling for me and it was kind awkward when i was interested in other guys, so it can be good as long as neither of you have any lingering feelings
